Welcome to Green Gables of Jefferson. If this is your first Bed and Breakfast experience, we especially welcome you to discover how wonderful and relaxing it can be. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do and look forward to your stay. We ask our guests to familiarize themselves with our policies and thank you for following them when planning a stay with us.
RESERVATIONS: Rates are based on double occupancy and includes a full breakfast.
A credit card is required at the time of reservation. Payment must be made in full at the time of arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.
Rates are subject to change without notice. State and local taxes are in addition to the published room rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 7 (seven) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $40 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a $40 rebooking fee refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events.
CHECK-IN: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM.
SMOKING: Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however smoking is allowed on the porches and back patio. If smoke is detected or damage to the room occurs, guest(s) credit card will be billed for the extent of the damages accrued. A cleaning fee of $250.00 will automatically be charged to your credit card.
Incense and Candles are not allowed under any circumstances because of the fire hazard and the odor they can leave in the linens. A cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if they are detected.
PETS/CHILDREN: No Pets allowed. Children over 12 are welcome, but should be mentioned at time of reservation.
BREAKFAST: Breakfast is served in the sunroom daily at 9:00 a.m. For those that want to eat in the privacy of their room, breakfast will be delivered at 8:45 a.m.
